From the minute we were contacted by Caitlin we knew this would be a fun, easy going wedding. We don’t know if it would be possible for anything to faze this bride. Caitlin was the bride that knew what she wanted and was more focused on enjoying her day then worrying about anything, and her wedding day was proof of that.
First thing on the list was to begin the day with the bridal party photos but first Jesse had to see his bride for the first time. They met out on the lawn of the Longview winery overlooking the vineyards. Jesse’s reaction was as expected as he stared, smiled and embraced his bride.
Once the bride and groom had enjoyed their first moment together it was onto the photo shoot. Yet again proof that nothing was going to faze this bride or her groom the photo shoot took them both, and their bridal party, along a path, passed the vineyards and all the way to the top of a hill to capture the picturesque moments before heading back through the vineyards. And just when you think this bride wouldn’t have walked another step in her gown and heels it was suggested we head across to the other side of the property to more vineyards on another hill and with nothing but a smile on her face she took the hand of her groom and headed off to capture more moments.
Once the photos were done it was time for Jesse and Caitlin to relax and focus on their day. The guests arrived and took their place on the beautiful lawns set above the views of the vineyard as the bridesmaids and bride made their entrance. With the groom holding and stroking his brides hand throughout the ceremony it was undeniable the overwhelming love between these two. With tears and smiles the vows were shared as they promised each other unconditional love and respect. Rings were exchanged and marriage certificates signed and finally the new Mr and Mrs were introduced. They celebrated with their guests while relaxing on the lawns with both ice creams on offer, caricatures and lawn games to enjoy.
When it was time for the reception the guests moved to ‘the barn’ which was decorated with the finest details to celebrate Jesse and Caitlin. From balloons and fairy lights, to lollipops and hershey kisses everything was personalised
to welcome the new couple and enjoy a meal while listening to the speeches of the evening.
With one last dash outside to capture the newly married couple against the sunset it was finally time to say farewell as the guests formed an arch showering the couple with rose petals as they said they’re goodbyes and headed into the night to begin their new life which we are sure will be as overflowing with love and fun as their wedding day was.
